SADOTECH es un evento operado por SC Eventos, Rosaleda Club y miembros de la comunidad BDSM/LGBTTTIQ+/RAVER con domicilio en Rcda. de Jesús 13, Centro Histórico, Mexico City, Cuauhtémoc, 06060 CDMX. SADOTECH tiene entre sus objetivos proteger los Datos Personales otorgados por los usuarios registrados en nuestras plataformas.
EL OBJETIVO DE RECOLECTAR LA INFORMACIÓN DE SUS USUARIOS A TRAVÉS DE SUS PLATAFORMAS ES GENERAR UNA BASE DE DATOS QUE ARTICULEN A LA COMUNIDAD BDSM/LGBTTTIQ+/RAVER para consolidar la misión de SADOTECH que es fortalecer, formar y sensibilizar a la sociedad en general sobre una sociedad pluricultural y estilos de vida diversos.
Para registrarse en nuestra data, el usuario deberá de llenar un formato de registro y al realizar esta operación SADOTECH recopilará sus Datos Personales (siempre que así lo desee el usuario) como: nombre completo, fecha de nacimiento, rango de edad, dirección de correo electrónico, género, nacionalidad, estado de residencia, ocupación, ID dentro de la comunidad BDSM/LGBTTTIQ+/RAVER, idioma, gustos e intereses.
SADOTECH no recabará información sensible de los usuarios que puedan originar discriminación o pongan en riesgo alguno al titular de los Datos Personales obtenidos. Los datos considerados como sensibles pueden ser aspectos raciales, étnico, estado de salud, información genética, creencia religiosa, afiliaciones partidistas o sindicales, opiniones políticas y preferencias sexuales.

SADOTECH recopila los Datos Personales que el usuario mismo registra en nuestras redes sociales con la única finalidad de informar sobre nuestros eventos, cómo cuándo y dónde se celebraran, así mismo para ofrecer contenido informativo y educativo de la materia que nos ocupa para que cada individuo perteneciente a esta comunidad diversa se sienta valorado, respetado y protegido, sin olvidar la oferta de descuentos y diversas dinámicas para el ingreso de nuestros eventos culturales, educativos, de entretenimiento, venta de accesorios y todo lo relacionado con los intereses que persigue SADOTECH.
El Usuario al aceptar nuestro aviso de privacidad y proporcionar los Datos Personales a través de nuestras plataformas de comunicación proporciona su consentimiento con los términos de este Aviso de Privacidad y acepta expresamente el tratamiento de sus Datos Personales conforme a lo descrito en él.

Documentos que acrediten la identidad del titular. En su caso, nombre del representante del titular y documentos para acreditar su identidad y personalidad. Domicilio o cualquier medio para recibir notificaciones. Descripción clara y precisa de los datos personales que se quieran rectificar, cancelar u oponerse a su tratamiento. Descripción del derecho que se quiere ejercer o de lo que solicita el titular. En su caso, documentos o información que faciliten la localización de los datos personales, entre ella, el área responsable del tratamiento.
SADOTECH comunicará en un plazo de 20 días hábiles, una vez recibida la solicitud que proceda en estos términos, la resolución determinada.

One of SADOTECH‘s objectives is to protect the Personal Data provided by registered users on our platforms.
THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTING USER INFORMATION THROUGH OUR PLATFORMS IS TO CREATE A DATABASE THAT CONNECTS THE BDSM/LGBTTTIQ+/RAVER COMMUNITY to consolidate SADOTECH‘s mission of strengthening, educating, and raising awareness among society at large about a multicultural society and diverse lifestyles.
To register in our database, the user must fill out a registration form, and by doing so, SADOTECH will collect their Personal Data (only if desired by the user), such as full name, date of birth, age range, email address, gender, nationality, residential state, occupation, ID within the BDSM/LGBTTTIQ+/RAVER community, language, preferences, and interests.
SADOTECH will not collect sensitive information from users that could lead to discrimination or put the data subject at risk. Sensitive data may include racial or ethnic aspects, health status, genetic information, religious beliefs, political affiliations or opinions, and sexual preferences.
OUR PURPOSE
SADOTECH collects the Personal Data that the user registers on our social media platforms with the sole purpose of informing about our events, such as when and where they will take place. Additionally, we provide informative and educational content related to our field, aiming to make each individual belonging to this diverse community feel valued, respected, and protected. We also offer discounts and various activities for the entrance to our cultural, educational, and entertainment events, as well as the sale of accessories and everything related to SADOTECH‘s interests.
